Compact Disc Ornament

• old cds or dvds
• circle shape photo smaller than disc size
• stickers
• Glue
• Glitter
• felt
• permanent marker

Cut the felt to the size of the disk. Glue it to the printed side of the disk. On the flip side, glue the photo to the center, draw a ring of glue around the photo and sprinkle with glitter. Decorate the photo frame with stickers. After the ornament dries, write the year and name onto the felt with the permanent marker or with glue and glitter.

 

Candy Holder Ornament

• toilet paper tube
• tape
• strips of paper for decoration
• pipe cleaner, string or wire

Bend into the center, the bottom of the toilet paper tube, to form a base and to make it a little bit shorter. Tape to seal. Cut strips of paper that will wrap around the tube and slightly overlap. First, tape strips of paper across the base in an x pattern until you have it covered. Then wrap the paper around the tube, covering the ends from the base and tape each piece until you cover the tube. Poke two holes in the top and string your hanger. Hang in the Christmas tree filled with candy!
