Roll clay out to approximately 1/8 inch thickness. Cut with cookie cutter.poke a hole for an ornament hanger or pipe cleaner. Place the small photo where you would like it. Roll a thin snake. Use this to frame in the photo. Make certain to both cover the edge of the photo and press into the clay ornament. Using the other colors make thin snakes to create letters and numbers, and use the multiple colors to add decorations. This is a wonderful project for kids. Bake according to manufactures directions. Bake with photo intact. Once cooled coat the whole piece with clay sealer. For a nice pearlescent quality, mix a small amount of pearl ex metallic powder-silver, found in the art isle, with your clear glaze.
